AU Global FAQs

Undergraduate students of any major are eligible to participate in AU Global.

Interested students should:

  1. Meet with the instructor and secure permission.
  2. Review and sign Pre-Registration and Travel Pay Agreement forms.
  3. Submit the $500 deposit to Student Accounts by December 1, 2024.
  4. Register for the course on Self-Service.
  5. Pay the remaining balance by the course-specific deadline.
Travel length varies by course, but is typically 7-10 days.

The total travel cost varies by course, but transportation, lodging, and select meals are included. Tuition is separate. Students have to be enrolled in the course to participate in the travel experience. Please see the course descriptions for cost information.

AU Global offers a variety of international and domestic destinations each academic year.

If you are interested in an international travel course, you will need a passport. You must apply in person for first-time passports at an official acceptance facility. The current cost of a U.S. Passport is $165 for routine service.

The $500 deposit is fully refundable up to [DATE].
