Third Party Payment Options

The Office of Student Accounts is pleased to support students who receive tuition assistance through their employer or other grantor, but such assistance is subject to the submission of final grades at the end of the term.

There are two different processes depending upon whether the employer or other third party is remitting assistance payments directly to the university or is reimbursing the student directly. Both options allow the student to defer payment for that portion of their student bill to be covered by another party. Deferred balances are due within 45 days of the end of the semester.

The portion of the student account that will not be paid by a third party is due and payable per the university posted dates and is not eligible for deferred payment terms.

Please read the following options carefully and remit the correct form to the Office of Student Accounts within two weeks of the beginning of the 16-week semester. Students who have questions about third party payments should contact the Office of Student Accounts at 630-844-5470 or student.accts@aurora.edu.
